Need Advice on Boating in "The Meadows"

I wanted to visit the meadows in my little 19' I/O. and haven't been there in many years.

I'd like advice, and info about navigating and shallow areas, as I think it might have changed since my last trip.

I wanted to take my brother and my neice out for a day of exploring, and give him some opportunities to capture some wildlife photographs (he's a wildlife nut and amateur photographer).

I assume it's still all a 5 MPH zone?
