We're actively looking for some property on the Upper Bay Eastern Shore. Ideal place would be an approved building lot, on the water or with a view, water access with dock/mooring priviledges and located between Northeast and Chestertown (on the Sassafras would be perfect). We can spend up to $200K for the property but we'd love to keep it below $150K. We'll also consider a place with a house already on it if it's the right location at the right price but we'd likely have to sell the Silverton before we could make the stretch for the higher cost. Yes, we do have a real estate agent in the area working on this but the best deals seem to be the ones that come privately via word of mouth.
