Hello everybody.
I'm doing a bit of electrical troubleshooting for a friend. He suspects he has a problem with the neutral safety switch on his Mercruiser but doesn't have the know how to test it. I'm not very boat savy unfortunately.
Can anybody tell me how the signal from the switch works?
Is the switch normally open or closed?
Does the switch open/close to ground or power?
That should be enough for me to test it for him.
