The negative battery cable and terminal on my Searay gets very hot while running the boat, and as a result my outboard motor will not start. When the cable gets hot after running the boat for five minutes or so, the outboard will not start and just makes a click when I turn the key. Any ideas on what could be causing the negative battery cable and terminal to be getting so hot and my outboard motor not to start? Thanks for all your help.
