New bar/restaurant coming to nautical mile

I had lunch on the mile yesterday.

You should post that last photo on the "Ask The Captain" board under "Caption This Photo"...It's pretty funny!
 
I was on the mile last summer with the small boat, and I saw that boat. There is an old guy and I believe he lives on the boat. If I am not mistaken, there is usually a small 17 footer or so that rafts off the stern of that boat.

I hope there will be slips available for boats to tie up and eat there. It's always nice to have another destination for dining and Merrick is a lot closer than the Nautical Mile.
