I have turned on the Subscribe to topic feature for those of us that may not be able to check everyday for the answer to a question.
When you post a new topic or reply to an existing one you should see a line at the bottom of the window that says "Check here to subscribe to this topic." Putting a check mark in the box means you will receive an email whenever someone replies to the thread. (It's important that the system has your correct email address! Go to the RO's Menu and select "My Profile" to check/update your address.)
