We are being relocated inland (not by choice) from the south shore of Long Island to Doylestown, PA. We have a 28 ft Cape dory flybridge that I refuse to give up, especially with my 2 boys (7 and 4) already having such a wonderful boating experience. It seems the only quality option is somwhere on the eastern shore of the Chesapeake. My wife and I took a drive down to Rock hall, chestertown and the Sassafras River. It was beautiful, but the shorter the drive the better...I was happy to see that while further North, the Sassafras (Skip Jack) was beautiful and not too busy (out of season). I was told to look into the Greal Oak landing Marina as well. Any suggestions?...
