My 15 year old daughter got two tickets for me for Christmas for her and I to go to the boat show and spend some quality time together. She said she wanted to do something together. I'm really looking forward to it. Not sure which day we are going though.

Dave,
If you still have a pair of tix...that would be great. Probably go Friday after work.

Dave: I could use a pair of tickets. I plan on going on Thursday. Thanks. Hy

Dave: Got the ticket. Thank you. Maybe we'll see each other at the show. Hy

I really want to buy another boat, could be a problem when I go to the boat show :(

We are probably going Thursday afternoon/evening if anybody will be there!

Got some free tickets from the Regal dealer (strong's marine) but the bunch of other tickets are great too! Thanks for offering them up.

Greg,
Not tired and actually love my boat. Just not practical for what I do. :(

Walter, are you serious???? I thought you love taking trips and spending days on the boat?

CurrentSea, I plan on going this weekend, if I get all of my shrink wrapping done in time. I could use 4 tickets if you still have some. My email is SPJ8864 (at) gamil.com.

Thank YOu

Barb,
Its too big for this sand pond, very limited amount of slips that are available for 1- beam, 2- the AC power. The problem is that I freaking love the boat!!!

I do understand what you're saying Walt. Our old neighbors in Copiague had a beautiful 58' Hampton trawler and had limited places to go. They did end up buying a condo on the water in Port St. Lucie with docks that could accomodate the boat.

Well, I'm heading to the show; should be there by 1:00. I'm wearing black with a dark blue sweater. Just look for a shorter, balding, middle-aged? guy looking at everything and buying little! See you there, perhaps. Hy

The show was OK; just the thing to break up the downer of a cold day. I got there just before 2:00. I only take the LIRR once or twice a year and had forgotten how long the trip from Ronkonkoma to Penn Station is. I also don't walk fast so the walk to the Center took about 25 minutes. Anyway, I enjoyed myself. Thanks again, Dave, for the ticket. The only disappointment was that the seminar on detailing and maintenance, which had been listed for 2:00, was moved to 5:00 tomorrow. Bummer. Enjoy the show, and think spring. Hy
