My parents are on board with the admiral and I. We are anchored out just south of Alpine. It is slack tide, not a wiff of wind, and cool and clear.
We are on the bridge, watching a movie and enjoying the night.
Nights such as these are why I own a boat.
Tomorrow morning, we go get fuel at Alpine, have breakfast, and a slow ride back down to Weehawken, where we will have about 15 guests for the fireworks. 3 barges will be right behind us, so the show will be wonderful.
