Monday,Feb 8, 10PM on the Travel Channel, Anthony Bourdain's show No Reservations is touring the Hudson Valley.
 
Mike, I am not familiar with him. Will he be using his boat to discuss were to go on the river?
 
The promo shows him at X2O in Yonkers with Bill Murray, on a boat on the river and at another waterfront restaurant.
 
He just bought a hot dog from Dick's Dogs. They showed Panco & PennyBridge!
 
It was a pretty good show, anyone else watch it?

Good show, Mohonk Mountain House was my favorite segment. I love going up there in the fall when the leaves are at peak.
 
Very enjoyable show. If I'm not mistaken, the Cape Dame is slipped in Haverstraw. I didn't think Dick's Dogs plied the river...unless it was a set-up for the show.
 
John, Dick's Dogs was over in Croton most of the summer, saw him in Bowline a couple of times too.
 
He is based out of Stony Point Bay. Ties up just south of Belle Harbor on the private docks along River Road.
 
Has anyone in our raftups ever tried the dogs, I'll try this summer when I refit my dink, little K will enjoy it.
 
You planning on leaving the dock this year Todd? ;););););););););)
 
rommer, I think what he is saying is that he will take the dink from the dock to get a hot dog
 
It's not like I missed anything, last season had such great weather. But I was on the boat every weekend rain or shine and got alot of things done to the boat which needed to be fixed.
 
...and think of all the gas you saved!
 
I didn't see the show Monday, but his book Kitchen Confidential swore me off restaurants not owned by friends for a looong time.
