Nor Cal Pirate Festival?

Sorry I missed it! Looks like something that might return again in 2008.
 
We didn't manage to get there, as my daughter and Admiral had other plans including a Dad's day BBQ for me. Maybe next year!

We went and used the trip as an opportunity to try the Vallejo Ferry (instead of being waked by it.) The Ferry was very cool and the Festival was pretty good. A bit like a ren-faire, but fun vendors, decent food, and some great costumes.

Almost every time I go out, I see the Vallejo Ferry passing either North Or South. Glad to hear the Pirate Fest was worthwhile. On the calendar for next year!

I've got some business delays holding me back from making an offer. In the meantime I'm rehabbing my little sailboat. Being between boats is no fun at all.
