I had the recall done on my old motorhome. Its NOT a fix.....its only a " cover their ass " procedure. They install a heat sink /switch on the refrig coil that shuts the unit off when the temp reaches the setting.....so it doesn't start on fire. Then you have to reset it manually. You realize the refrig is off when your beer gets warm. ITS JUNK

The real fix is to replace it with a residential model.
