Went to the opening day of the new Rockland Boulders stadium and had a great time! The stadium is beautiful, and very family friendly. The home team won, and I caught a foul ball!

I highly recommend it.
 
I was supposed to go with friends somehow they couldn't get enough tickets together so I passed but I plan to go in the near future, glad to hear it was nice and you had a good time.
 
I was there too Mike!! It really was awesome! Best thing Rockland County has done in a very long time!! I have tickets for quite a few more games & will probably buy some more!! So much fun going to a quality game at a reasonable price practically in my own backyard. And it took me a while to get out of there because we kept running into people we knew and just had to chit chat with for a while. LOL

Great fun.
 
So I guess thats why we have not seen you at the boat Judy. Here I was thinking you sold the boat or something like that.
 
Yea this has been a r-e-a-l slow boat year for us so far!!

Starting summer schedule soon. Will work 6 to 8 hour days instead of 9 to 11 & will take most Fridays off to use up some vacation time till mid August. Will be a much needed break!! Seems my job is requiring more & more of my time, more & more stressful & more & more responsibilities are becoming part of my job description...but my salary is not keeping pace. Is this just the way it is now????
 
I know. Happy that I will be able to get out of this Rat Race in the not too distant future & take on a reduced stress hourly position somewhere just for some pocket money. The workload/stress has been beating down my health last few years & although I do like my job...I am getting fried!!!
