Anyone use Ocean Outboard's service over the past year?
They have had considerable turnover and appear to have reduced staff. My experiences over the last 3 months with them have significantly soured in contrast to the enjoyable past 2 seasons with them.
IMO they were always a top notch, first class operation. Customer service driven, reliable and professional. What's up???
