I'm sure this has been asked before - but what is the best product to use to remove oil/grease stains from the hull? Can you use a household cleaner/degreaser or will that damage the gelcoat? My gelcoat is slightly oxidized so will that complicate the cleaning?

Try On-Off. It won't hurt the gel-coat and it will remove stains. Careful, wear gloves or you'll feel a very unpleasant tingling/burning sensation trust me!

Also you might find that the areas cleaned will be brighter than the surrounding areas. Keep cleaning and buy more On-Off. All the wax will be gone don't forget.
