Just wanted to post a really good boating related experience, seems like more often than not its the other way around.

I had my front and side panels replaced by Harry Parker this year. Now I've seen Harry's work for quite a few years, so I knew he was good. well as luck would have it, I put the panels on the boat Sunday and the starboard panel was way off....and the forecast is calling for rain during the week...and the shrinkwrap is in shreds. I call Harry, leave a message, say the one panel is way wrong and I'm concerned about the rain coming in, don't want to have to tarp it. He calls back on Monday saing its too cold out, we need a 70 degree day. I say, nope, the front panel is tight but will reach when it warms but the side is off a good 4 inches, theres not enough material. He goes to the boat not long after I get off the phone with him, calls back to say he does not know how this happened but will take care of it....Tuesday afternoon the curtain is repaired and replaced. Great service and no passing the blame! Sadly, not so easy to find that kind of pride in workmanship these days!

Thanks Harry!
