I have a 24v trolling motor and I am looking to buy an On Board Charger. I know I need a 24v system w/ 2 outputs but how many amps should I charge them with? I have heard to use 2 amp charge on deep cycle batteries that are used for trl motors, bait well pumps...etc. but I found a charger in my price range that puts out 5 amps per output. Will that be too much??
