Part Time Insurance

Hey all-I am considering buying an older cruiser, that would be kept in dry storage and used for the next couple of years 4-5 times per year. Anyone aware of an insurance company that will allow the insurance for liability etc to only be active while the boat is being used. Thanks JIm
