PBM/HM/SPBM/MYC/Bowline

2 1/2 Feet, hight tide, yes no change.
My AC no longer pumps mud at low tide. No need to dig a hole under my boat,,,, All is good. Just need my friend to join us!!!!

That may be the funnest statement ever! You say it's the same I agree and to me that means it still sucks:) No one thought it would have gotten better!

As long as we all agree on something that's good.

BTW I think there is still room on Blue dock but you may have to wait until High tide to come on over.

Or they can go out in low tide using a flying carpet!! (Sorry, couldnt help my self) :-)

I tuly hope all of us, and all of our friends have a great boating season where ever you are. Healthy season to all.

I really believe, my new friend H. when he said:

If you figure in the useable boating days, HM is less expensive than your Mraina's with no water.
So all you boaters, that think cheaper slip fees are better, think how many lost hours, that you can't use your boat because of no water, convert that into dollars. At HM resort we pay less!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And we don't need flying carpets! :-)

I use my boat from Thursday night to Monday morning every week. We also stay on it many other week nights, so my "usable time" is much more than most who are paying 50% more at HM. How many of you HM guys went out this weekend? We did!

We didn't leave the slip this past weekend. I wanted to, but the band, pool side cocktails, good friends, laughs, I could not get out.

Mike, you need to come here, guys would fit right in.

You were not in Bowline this Sunday Mike, there were only 5-6 boats.
Serious question, what does your marina charge per foot for a slip?

Dave don't put words in my mouth, I didn't say it sucks I just said it has not changed.

I wasn't quoting you those were my words you said it hasn't changed and I said I guess it still sucks I really loved it when I was there no question I enjoyed the view and loved my friends I even loved my slip however the lack of water trump everything! I know how hard it is to leave but if and when you do you will never look back.

I rephrased my last post to make this clear I know you like it there as did I.

Thanks for twisting my arm Wayne. I could not get out either. Too much water.

We went over to Croton, Allen. PBM charges $70/ft, which includes electric, water & wifi

That's why when you dropped your favorite brush, you couldn't retrieve it.

So using the 46'+ rate, HM is only 60% more than your marina Mike. And the price includes water as well!

I think it's hysterical how the same people that have ranted about how great SPBM was for them now are telling others they should leave since THEY finally made the right choice to leave!

And if you use the 22' rate, Haverstraw is cheaper and everything in between gets closer. hopefully money is not the only deciding factor when choosing a marina that fits your needs.

Do you think they would notice?

No I don't think they would. Your boat would fit right in up by the ramp.
