On 29-30 May, Peanut Island will be home to many Ham radio operators and boaters like myself who will attend interesting classes.
They will also speak to many radio stations around the World, it should prove to be quite interesting and educational.
Hope to see Y'all there.

Well we are now loading up Freedoms Choice with with all necessary ship stores and with Communications gear ,but most important are the Adult refreshments we carry to wet the whistles of those fine radio operators
who are donating their time and experience to secure the safety for our Southern neighbors......
If your a licensed Radio Operator (HAM) you can board us with permission.

Ahoy me hardies!
To where should we tune? We've had a direct path to the south on 10 lately from about 4 to 7PM eastern time. Riverbed will be in the water with a newly installed FT450AT.

Greetings..
The only frequency that I was made aware of is 446.100 repeater...Around the Island
This would be for "C.E.R.T." members..
Of course ALL low bands will get a workout, If you "Google" Peanut Island.... you can get the "skinny". Good Luck!

Are you going to be there Monday ??
Might hail you, we will probably be on South side of Island with kids snorkeling -- or out by the Breakers if the water is flat

take care -- Dale
