Always an excellent show!
 
Would you please tell me the best place to view these fireworks? Is there a safe place to drop anchor near Peekskill? I am thinking that the nuclear power plant is there and can't figure out where to drop the anchor.
 
north of the nuke plant on the east side, you'll see all the boats there.
 
I usually find that the cockpit of Hogan is typically the best place to view the fireworks. The cocktails are excellent only to be matched by the level of service of the staff. Only problem is you need to make a reservation 2 weeks in advance. Yeah fireworks !!!!!
 
Anyone going tonight? I'm not sure about the weather.
 
We're headed down now. Hopefully the rain will hold off, if not at least i'll be on the water.

We had a blast. We showed up and were probably the 5th boat there. We anchored pretty close to the barge and ended up being as close as you can get. The show was awesome and the weather cleared up and it turned out to be a great night on the boat. Pics to follow.

Awesome time at the fireworks. All the kids and adults had a blast. Thanks Rommer for taking everyone.
Oh yeah, the festivities and drinks after the fireworks were great too...
