Place to order Volvo engine parts in Sacto?

I am making a trip up to Sacramento in March. I am ordering tune up parts plus new risers and manifolds. I want to save the 350-400 bucks in shipping. If I could pre-order parts and pick them up on the trip up from Pismo Beach area I could save some money. Anybody have a good places that I could call?
