Planing

We are rebuilding a 1983 26' Monterey and were wondering about how it should plane. The boat has a 40 gallon water tank in the bow and most of the weight in the cabin is in the center of the boat. We were wondering if there will be much nosing up when we put it on plane or if it will basically stay low and then rise up in the water when it gets on plane. We were just curious and would welcome anyone's knowledge about how this boat should act when going on plane. Thanks.
