Polishing Stainless Steel props

i have bravo 3's and when the yard sandblasted my drives before repainting they didnt take the props off. Now the props have a roughness to them that i would like to polish to return some of the shine but more importantly make them smooth to improve efficiency. Does anyone have any ideas on what is the best thing to use? I know not to use anything metallic, like steel wool. What about some wet/dry sandpaper? Is there a buffing wheel made for this? Any input would be great, thanks.
