Anyone know where I might find replacement interior acrylic "glass" sections of the gray industries portlights for an '86 model 3607 Aft Cabin?
$75 is the best deal I've found, and that seems a bit steep. I'm hoping someone knows where to get them more reasonably, as I'll need a bunch of them.
thanks!

try a plastics shop, such as GE plastics.

I'm not sure if a plastics shop could mold the "seal flange" into the window. I'd say the best thing to do is check with a few dealers as the glass piece really would need to come from Bomar (now owner of Gray Industries). You'll need to know which size as there are 2 sizes on your boat.

Been there done that. Would be nice to find a cheaper source as I am paying about 125.00 for the small one.
Just a suggestion, if you are ordering replacements, you might want to consider ordering enough rubber gasket to replace what you have. If yours are like mine were when I bought the boat, the gaskets are crushed and the ports will still leak, you can't dog them tight enough and if you try, you will break the new ones.
If you find a source, can you please post me a note.
Thanks and good luck

My 3607's portlights are getting a little worn and I could also use a good source for replacement for some of them.

IMO the source of leaks on my Carver was that the screen was sandwiched between the frame and the gasket. vThe new gasket has a groove and the screen fits into that grove providing no water path behind the gasket.

Bomar Charlestown, NH 03603 (603) 826 5791. I replaces several 7x15 port lenses lasts year for about $65 each. Bomar support was a great help with giving me the part number once I gave them the sizes. They also offer clear and smoke/tinted for colors. They will sell direct for a high price but you can do better once you have the Bomar part number and go through a dealer. Good luck.
