Radio Waves as of Yesterday around 1:00 is the hard and safe.

The larger docks trashed and cannot be used, so no place to dock for a while.

Retrieved my dock box and all the stuff in it a block away at another Marina

Lost Power Around 7:00AM, back up around 3:00PM. Food temps sill indicated in the safe area.

No damage to the house

Yard a mess with a one downed tree bordering just barely on my neighbor side and it fell on their house.

Lots of good size branches down

Feeling a bit shot so I took the day off to get things back to normal.

All and All I feel lucky...

We lost power at 3am the night of the storm.........escaped in the motorhome once water came over the bulkhead.... to higher grounds......waited until the flooded streets resided.....came back to the house yesterday........NO water in the house.....a little in the back of the garage...... still NO POWER......now Im just putting out all the lawn stuff.

Hope everyone is OK !!!!

Hey Brad, Bob and I checked on your marina yesterday, your dock there is shot for a while, mine is still in good shape. The area around your marina sure floods pretty good! My boat is out and close to the street so no problems with that. I can't beleive how many people had their biminis up and some had them open even! And they are not busted up... Hopefully back in the water by tomorrow..

Just got back from my Marina. All is good with the boat and they have a crew fixing the docks and also have put some boats back in. Since I was Hauled early, I will be put in later this week which is ok with me. First Out , Last In. Not boating anyway Labor Day weekend.

Bergan point gas dock across from me is being repaired today. Hope his gas tanks did not flood. The bulkhead to the south of him has all lifted up and the fishing dock at the end is gone. Doubt if the pump out will be back this year. I can only imagine all the junk that is floating in the bay. I should be back in the water in a day or two.

Currentsea is clean and ready.
Suppose to be at shinnecock.
May salvage week with WHB on Thursday.

The boat is fine.
My house is fine.

Closing scheduled on my mother's house for today at noon so of course the only tree on her property fell on it. So we closed and I will be dealing with the balance of the tree removal and house repair.

Still consider us lucky.

Having the diver clean my running gear and heading to AC on Friday.

Boat made it through untouched.
Power back on at the dock just hours after it was flooded.
Second boat made it through too.
Didn't lose any trees at home.
Still lots of debris floating in the canal. Probably better off not going out for a few days until it goes away.
Lots of trees down in the neighborhood at home but we only lost some branches.
Got the pool all cleaned out today and all the yard stuff back out yesterday.
Finally got power back at home this evening after we lost it 1:00 AM the night of the storm.
Glad that it wan't as bad as it could have been.

I can't belive the fixed all the docks so quick and cleaned up as it never happened. Now the boat should be in the next couple of days.

Both boats made it Ok. I had the big boat hauled to my house. It is just a mess from all of the trees. The mako made it Ok as well but as suspected the guy next to me had 2 of his old, small lines break. He never adjusted them and he removed the one I put on his boat. Luckily, the ones that broke were on my side of his slip and the boat on the opposite side was hauled. Never lost power at home. The generator was all ready to go.
