Power Steering filter

[Anchor Management]

In the process of changing all the filters. My boat has a filter the size of an oil filter next to the reservoir in the engine compartment. Never had a boat with this set up. Can I just remove and replace or do I need to worry about introducing air into system like you would on traditional set ups? Thanks.

You have to bleed the system if you change it.

It is probably a SeaStar system.

I have the same system. Glass reservoir?

Page 37 have the filter #'s.
