Vic, when will I know if the tablet needs replacement ?? Visual inspection does not show me anything.. looks the same as it did the day I installed it.

Lou, you'll need to open the cap and lift the cartridge up a little, to see the remaining level of the contents inside. When less than an inch remains, the cartridge should be replaced. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection when doing this. Generally, for weekend boating, the cartridge will last well over a year. For liveaboards, 4-6 months is a reasonable estimate.
