In the last week the "mixer" light is not coming on when we run our Purasan. New tablets in basket. We just replaced the motor on the Jabasco toilet but the Purasan system worked fine for about 3 weeks.
Danny (Barrenriver) may have a better idea (as may Raritan tech support) but I believe that means you've got either a faulty wire/connection or a bad motor.
We checked loose wires this weekend and all seems to be fine. The unit actually appears to work but the mixer light just does not come on. Any help is appreciated.
