PWC Winterizing

Winterized using your A-freeze method. Worked slick! I started each PWC right after running the A-freeze in just to clear what I could from the system. HD fittings plumbed into a 5 gallon pail on top of a 6ft hose/ladder worked like a charm. Thx for the advice!!! Did not chase down the fuel filter - looked but did not see one easily visible - will worry about that next spring.

Sounds like you're good to go. Not sure why you ran the antifreeze out though.
 
I like to avoid ugly repairs even if it means a couple extra prevention steps to make me comfortable. MI winters can be nasty. I figured what was in there is mixed effectively enough to protect me, and what was left inside now has some expansion room (JIC). Might be overkill. But I am also the guy who ran straight A-Freeze in first to assure adequate mix, before following with a 50/50 mix because straight A-freeze will "slush" on you if it is cold enough. The key was HOW to get it in there (thx again for making it easy).
