Can anyone tell me how the wire raceways run from the center console to radar arch. I want to change out some equipment in the spring and I need to know the direction of raceways.

I believe they go from the helm into the seat to the stbd side of the helm seat. There should be an access panel under the cushion...although it's been a while since I've been on a 380 Santego.
 
On mine, as you stand on the stairs entering the salon, there is a panel on the right side ceiling that has 4 screws with covers. You remove the screws and the panel comes off. The wire raceway goes through the floor in the console cross the ceiling and enters that area and then looking towards the outside wall there should be a hand hole that enters another opening that will line up with a hole that goes up the arch. Hopfully someone ran a string up the arch to fish wires. A fish tape will work but a string works better. I looked at a few boats that had a redish stain on the ceiling. Turns out if the ATF leaks from the helm, it runs through the hole in the floor of the console and onto the ceiling vinyl. The lines run through the the ceiling and behind that panel then into another raceway down to the engine room.
