radio channel

When cruising/fishing in the delta, I generally tune my marine radio to channel 16 so if something comes up I can be aware of it. When fishing out of Santa Cruz in the summer, I tune to number 11, a fisherman's channel where all the chatter, rumors, lies and other daily fishing trivia is discussed. Is there channel such as that for the delta, one that local boaters and fishermen use and monitor?
