RamSport 47 Bridge enclosures

Hi Kenny. Just wondering, when I had my Doral I was able to order the canvas for the enclosure directly from the manufacturer as they had the pattern for it. It came and it fit perfectly. Does Carver have the same system or does it have to be made locally? It was really convenient to keep the boat at home rather than truck it to get the tops done and it was half the cost!

Hi Dan,
They do offer canvas for their boats, but only to a certain age. Let me know what year and model, and I can find out for you along with pricing. Typically Carver will be higher in price as opposed to a local shop.

Kenny, its a 1989 Santego 30. I've had some plastic replaced and some stitching, but I suspect by the end of this year, it will need replacing.

I hate to day it Dan, but Carver won't have the patterns any longer for that model year. I jokingly asked about mt 1988 27 Montego, and our parts rep said no chance. Unfortunately, better off local, and they usually fit better also

Thanx Kenny,I have a fellow nearby that stores boats as well as doing canvas, maybe I can kill two birds with one stone this off season!
