Well I placed a new add for my older boat and have been dumbfounded by the folks who have been coming to see the boat and calling. No matter how blunt you are about the condition of a boat in the ad, on the phone, in th 30 pictures you email, you still get dreamers and clueless wonders who are appauled that the 15 year old, well used, $25k boat is faded by the sun, has a scratch or two, and has hours on the engines and look at me as if I am doing a bait and switch on them.
I have been sending the clueless, the price shocked, the weary soiled boat shoppers to Boatered for education. Please help them understand.....it is a boat - a thing that has sat in salt water for 15 years and is not a brand new $140,000 off shore racer.
