To all my fellow HRCC boaters / Yankeee fans.

Heartfelt condolances from the Red Sox Nation.[:-baseball]

We feel your pain. Don't worry it won't last to long, time has a way of healing all wounds.

Can't wait to see where A-Rod gets traded to. I only hope he won't be eating chowda!

Time for all of us to get back to boating.

Thought I would refresh this post, and let you guys know that it's still not to late. We will make room for each and every one of you. Who knows, you may even see Joe Torre sitting in the dugout next year.

As a Sox fan we realize any team can have a bad century, this just happens to be the Yankees.

What's the alternative for late October, watching the Jets?

Come on home. We wait for you with open arms.

Hey, we got Zimmer from you guys!

Jets????????? C'mon, they are pathetic, even I have given up hope for them.

Have fun staying up till the wee hours of the morning watching the Series, me, I'll be asleep for hours before the games end.

May the best team (Rockies) win!

Congratulations to your Sox...Rocks and Sox for the World Series.

No thanks on joining this "Red Sox Nation" you speak of. With 26 trophies and 12 straight post season appearances, we're not about to jump ship, real Yankee fans don't do that.

See, most fans and owners would be proud of 26 titles, 12 years in a row. We on the other hand expect more, we can't accept waiting 86 years between titles.

Number or WS Titles: Yankees 26, Boston 6
Number of AL Penants: Yankees 39, Boston 12
Number of Eastern Division Titles: Yankees 15, Boston 6
Streak of appearing in the Post Season:: Yankees 12, Boston 1

Thanks for the offer Pete but I'd sooner become a Mets fan...here in NY, we have options ;)
