I need to replace a Shurflo Baitmaster Washdown/Livewell pump. I rarely use the washdown feature but like to keep the built-in 32 gallon livewell functioning. It would run about $200 to replace the burned out Baitmaster and they never seem to last long. Is there a good self-priming livewell pump that I could use that will run under $100? I won't mind giving up the washdown feature but I want to install the replacement in the same location that the Baitmaster occupied, which was above the waterline.
