replacement for combo fuel/sea water pump

My fuel pump siezed and killed the crank on the combo pum housing. Since I have to replace them, is there a replacemnet out there that is better/cheaper? any electric replacements for fuel pump?

it is a 95 7.4l MIE with fuel pump mounter on raw water pump
