I need to replace my transducer for my fish finder but I am always afraid to touch electrical work and anything under the waterline. Everyone tells me it's a piece of cake.
Anybody here has done this job? I was told to just attach the new cable to the old one and pull, but from which end should I start? Then, the transducer has to be screwed under the water line. Any tip on how to take off the old one and install the new one without damaging anything.
Tips are greatly appreciated.
