My original engines were the 305/228hp and prop'd with a 3 blade 16" x 13 for a WOT of 4400. After sea trials with 350/300hp engines, WOT was 5200. I'm needing to change props, so can I repitch my props enough to drop WOT to 45-4600? Or do I go to 4 blade props, 3 blade 17" diameter, 16" with more pitch or what? Boat weight is about 10k. Not interested in top speed as much as cruising speed and trolling speeds.
