We had a great run up to Rondout. The weather held out nice a bit chilly but not too bad. Boatbum it was nice metting you I'm glad you stopped by, we enjoyed hearing about your trip and look forward to your posts and updates of your next trip I wish all the best and hope all goes well for you.
We will be here until Monday if anyone else is in the area stop by and say hello.

Thank you Dave. Deb and I feel the same way. It was good to meet all of you folks and put faces to the names. That is a sweet ride you have and even tho it doesn't sit as low in the water as some of the others, it looks like it works! The weather looks great for today and tomorrow although it will be a bit brisk. But the colors are starting and the sun is out and you can't beat that. It looks like the gamble on the weather paid off.

We'll keep the blog updated and chime in here when the inet access allows.

Dan it was nice for Vicky and i to get to meet with Debbie and you, thank you for stopping down. While it is a bit cold here tonight we hope that the weather tomorrow is nice for our ride back down to Stony Point. We look forward to reading your posts on your dream trip back south with the boat. Have a great time and enjoy knowing that all the boaters in the Northeast wish they were joining you in your adventure.

Thanks Bill and we hope some day everyone that wants to do something crazy like this can. Indeed it was cold last night. It was probably freezing since it was 33 a few minutes ago. As a result we had to turn on the heat this morning. But that might mean the river has no traffic on it and you have it to yourselves.
You folks have a great Winter and we hope it goes quickly with good weather. We had our share of rain this summer.
