A friend has a 38 ft. Motor Yacht and along the walk around is a plastic safety cord attached to the railing that is missing on one side.Does anyone know where you can find a replacement one?
 
Are you sure it's plastic? Wouldn't seem to ad much security. Maybe it's plastic coated steel? That's available at most chandleries but requires measurement and installed fittings.
 
I am sure it is plastic coated steel.Do you have any idea what they are called?
 
I have found out that these items are no longer made to be sold to the public, only for new boats. We had one custom made with stainless chain.
 
VERY interesting as we had the chain made at West Marine, they were the ones that told us it was not available, and a local marina that sells new Sea Rays verified, smh!
