Sea Ray 280 SS or Formula 280 SS

Hello,

Back again, The Four Winns was sold before I could get a deposit down.
Now looking at a 1997 Sea Ray 280 SS with single Merc. 7.4 and Bravo 3 vs 1996 28 Formula SS with twin V6 merc. and Bravo 1 drives.
Same $$ for both.

Which would you choose??
