I've posted a couple of times on this topic over the years. The state and feds are making a lot of promises about fixing Bay and Delta environmental problems if they can dig their canal. How realistic is that?
Consider this: municipal sewage dumps have gone ignored for fifty years. It's not just a Bay problem, either. It happens upriver just as often.
