A sad sad day on Friday. Weather depicted the mood. As usual, I took her out Wed and Thu nights to really just beat the crap outta' the bay for a bit. Hit the pump out at Cedar late Thu, started her up, and like clockwork, one of the two engines (with all new wet exhaust) decided to overheat for no apparent reason....
Left it idle thinking, I'll get to it next year, not gonna worry about it now (which is totally opposite of how I'd normally react). Guess she got the idea and decided to fix itself, hammered throttles all the way home with no hint of an extra degree of heat...
In anycase, high and dry on B Dock.....
I may be forced into a more "budget concious" slip next year so could be my last haul in the Anchorage.....who knows thought???/
