The water pressure is quite low when drawing from shore connection. When using the on board water pump all is great. Could the water inlet pressure valve be the place to start. Are they repairable or must be replaced?

I don't think the water inlet regulator can be serviced. One thing to check is the sediment screen. Other than that or a kinked hose from the inlet/ regulator to the water manifold assembly it might be time for a new inlet. I assume the water pressure is good when you try a garden sprayer off the same hose?

Is there a filter or screen?

Personally I never hook up to dockside water, too risky, one leak and the boat goes down

although I did buy an irrigation water shut off meter for $20 years ago but never used it.

The filter screen is clean and as I remember it (from last year)was the same while at a transit dock when travelling. I think I will just replace the regulator valve.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Unhook the hose from the boat and turn the water on. Got good flow? The problem is on the boat. Poor flow? The problem is with the hose or the marina's water system.
