Shower drain leaking..

My shower drain is leaking.. ( 85 carver 3697 ). I would like to get it out for a re-sealing.. but how ? Does it have a retaining nut under ? If so I cant get to it.. Any ideas ?
 
My Mainship was a real bear to get to. I replaced the shower drain fitting and the heads floor drain at the same time. I had to take up the entire lower floor between the Salon and the master stateroom.
Good luck while your at it you might as well replace the hoses, I did.
