I was fishing in the ocean off Ocean City Md last weekend, about a 1/4 mile off shore. I was int a school of small Blues. I was using live bait with a squid trailer,and I started to hook some small sharks about 3 1/2 long. The first 3 bit through the leader so I changed to a ss wire leader. I landed and released two sharks about 40"long and maybe about 35-40 lbs, they were a golden bronze color and were pretty lively, what I would call a beautiful looking well proprotioned fish. Any one know what type of shark they were?
