Anyone know of a way to keep snakes from getting on a boat? I went to change plugs this weekend and when I opened he engine hatch out came a snake. I had to get the marina manager to get the snake off and he pulled two out. I stuffed some rags in the drain holes for the cockpit and went and bought some metal drain covers to screw on the drains. When I lifted the hatch again there was another one in the same spot. The rags were not pushed out of the holes. Marina manager thinks he was hiding some where and we did not see it. Those two holes drain out and are just above the water line. I am on lake erie so the water snakes are starting to come out.
