I know this is off topic, but, does anyone know where I can dump some contaminated soil in Stony point?

Why go all the way to Stony Point? Just dump it anywhere in New Jersey

Pool, deep water, parking lot bla bla bla.... what really matter is the company around your boat, where ever you are. If you are happy with that then your marina is better than other marinas. I am very happy other than one rude guy.

I sorry I will try to be less rude in the future:)

Lol Dave. Please stop cursing me out when you install my new electronics, in second though you do good job, I don't care.

. . . Man, tough crowd on the Sunset side of the river! You guys keep fignting - - Walshie, please pass the popcorn!! ; )

Croton and Rc air field land fills are regulated to insure they are safe for the public. I would be concerned however, if someone is dumping fill without knowing what's in it, should there be kids in the area.

Sources say that SPBM was fined $5,000.00 from the town of Stony Point for illegal dumping of dirt.
There was a stop work order issued.

No this past week.
I guess the rumble of trucks filled with dirt did not go over well with the residents.

No permits

I drove past yesterday, there is a hell of a lot of dirt dumped there.

I have no knowledge of a fine. Wayne has been a builder/developer for years. I'm sure he knows what he needs permits for. As to the fill, the days of midnight dumping are over. If it was hazardous the NYS DEC would be all over him and whoever he got it from. Hazardest material can only be transported by a licensed carrier. Everything is recorded, where it came from and where it's going and the route. The load has a manifest and chain of custody reports. That's one reason no one is dredging. The dredged mud is probably hazardest. Cost big bucks to get rid of it. And Wayne why do you care.

Boy your are smart ! knowing all that !!!
( Do you know the violation number also)

I have friends there, to answer your question..

When has Wayne followed rules.

Anybody ever bother to check the "dirt" under the playground?

Haven't been on here in a long time but it is refreshing to see nothing has changed...
