Is there anything I can pour down my drain, daily to remove the "mildew" odor ??
I know flushing with lots of water works but I am trying to reduce my water consumption.
Vinegar ?
I was thinking about adding a "seawater" facet at all my sinks to be able to rinse items thru so they dont get trapped.
My grey water drains directly overboard.

you must have a P trap. Flushing is best but bleach, vinegar might work or a drop on salad oil before closing up.

I'd try vinegar first. It's cheap enough and not as harsh on things as bleach.

I used Bleach before I removed the traps on my boat's sinks.
If you think it stinks now wait until you try sea water!

Baking soda solution sitting in your drains between uses will keep them fresh smelling. My gray water drained directly overboard. I would put something such as an inverted bowl over the drain in the sink and then use the dock hose to back flush my drains. Worked like a charm! Quick, easy and effective.

+1
Using the dock hose to rinse the drain is a very good idea to clear it out.

If you have a trap on the drain and then it goes directly overboard, you don't need the trap. Toss it and run the hose from the sink to the thru-hull fitting. Assuming you don't routinely drop fish parts down the drain, it shouldn't smell. Mine doesn't.

Note: Without the water filled trap, you will hear sound from outside the boat through the drain hose. Put the stopper in if this bothers you.

In the colder months we get cold air up through the sink drains. As Ron said simply use a stopper on the sinks. I removed all traps from my boat's sinks years ago. They just trap mold and odors.
